Stacy Burk Keeps The Dreams Alive With New Album
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Rising country star, Stacy Burk is releasing his debut album, Keep Your Dreams Alive, now on iTunes. The album features his previously released hits, "Mix A Little" and "Til Your Boots Are Dirty", which helped to catapult his success, with its internet buzz and radio airplay. Keep Your Dreams Alive is now available on iTunes.

Keep Your Dreams Alive is the result of a lifelong goal of Stacy's and is a reflection of hard work, willpower and most of all the pursuit of his musical dreams. Country music lives within Stacy's core and is mirrored within each track. From rocking dance country tracks to heartfelt ballads, Stacy's new album has something for everyone. "I Can't Stop" creates a fun, smooth imagery of an innocent love on the dirt roads. He slows things down on "I Wanna Move You" portraying a country love song as he charms with "I wanna be the love song playing on your radio, that makes you want to make love and dance real slow. I wanna be the man that makes your little heart skip a beat. What I really want is to sweep you off your feet". While his tongue-in-cheek "John Alexander Age 22" reminiscences on the glory days of teenage years with his pseudo persona adopted from his fake ID. Nothing is off limits for Stacy; whether it's notes or themes, Stacy tackles them all seamlessly and effortlessly.

For Burk, this album is the result of perseverance and a long time dream to release an album. The road hasn't been easy for the Texas native, as he sung his way through bars and venues to get noticed in the music scene. Eventually selling out venues by the thousands, Stacy earned a record deal with Warner Brothers. Being the family man that he is, Stacy forwent his record deal in order to aid his ailing mother and be by her side. Stacy further recoiled from music after her passing, focusing on his attention on farm life and his education. He even volunteered with the Boys and Girls Club as the equestrian director. While there he discovered that although he was teaching the kids to follow there dreams and assuring them that anything was possible, personally he was neglecting to follow the same philosophy. Reinvigorated, Stacy sought out to record his debut album and engaged in his journey to record Keep Your Dreams Alive.
For his first single off the album "Til Your Boots Are Dirty" Stacy graced the pages of some of the industries biggest blogs, including TMZ and Perez Hilton, for his music video starring "Dancing with the Stars" alum, Maksim Chmerkovskiy. This is merely the tip of the iceberg for Stacy.
