New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Renowned French accordionist Jacques Pellarin has delighted fans with the news of the release of his latest digital album "Accordion rushes". Evoking a nostalgic sense of whimsy synonymous with the accordion and made iconic by the music of French cinema.

"Accordion Rushes" is Pellarin's first album of accordion pieces inspired by a bygone era of French cinema. Inspired by famous film composers such as Francis Lai, François de Roubaix, Michel Legrand, Georges Delerue, Jacques Loussier and Jean Wiener. Inspiration also came from films of Claude Sautet, La nouvelle vague, Jean-Pierre Jeunet, Fellini as well as recent independent American productions.
