 LONDON, UK/ROME, Italy (MTV PR) - Tickets to the most anticipated event in the music calendar - The MTV Europe Music Awards 2004 - will go on sale to the public on Monday 18 October via an exclusive hotline number and the MTV Europe Music Awards 2004 regional websites. Details of the hotline number will be revealed on MTV at 2pm on Monday. Online users will be able to buy tickets through a link on MTV's regional websites that will also go live at 2pm. The ticket will give MTV viewers the once in a lifetime chance to see live performances by some of the world's most celebrated artists - including Beastie Boys, Eminem, Franz Ferdinand, Gwen Stefani, The Hives, Maroon 5, Nelly, and Usher. Music lovers are advised to stay glued to their screens on Monday 18 October 2004 to catch the unveiling of the ticket hotline number. Each caller will be restricted to a maximum of four tickets each, with all tickets priced at €50 plus booking fee. MTV Europe Music Awards tickets are set to sell out within minutes, but MTV fans that are not lucky enough to get through to the ticket hotline will have another opportunity to buy the highly-prized tickets! The very last 100 tickets to the Awards will be sold from Foot Locker in via Del Corso, Rome on 17 November from 1500 CET.
