Acclaimed Irish Songwriter Declan O'Rourke Announces USA Tour

New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ Missing Piece Group) The masterful singer-songwriter Declan O'Rourke will be departing his native Ireland and returning to the U.S. for an exciting run of live dates. The tour follows the release of his critically acclaimed album Mag Pai Zai, which was released in the U.S. in 2013.
