Paula Deen Welcomes Pop Singer Meghan Shanley

NASHVILLE, TN. (Top40 Charts) Traditional Pop Singer, Meghan Shanley, is pictured with cooking diva Paula Deen on the set of the new www.pauladeennetworkonline.com in Savannah, GA.

Meghan appears with Paula in an episode that will air later this year. The former Miss Virginia who recently released her debut CD, reconnected with Paula at a show in Nashville. Paula was delighted to see the classy diva, who had performed at Paula's wedding to Michael Groover. Paula introduced Meghan as "the girl who serenaded Michael and me at our wedding."

For the Paula Deen Network appearance, Meghan performed two songs, including one from her album called "One Day" (which she co-wrote). The artist showcase segment is called, "Paula's Low Country Lounge."

The title cut from Meghan's album, "Ready for Love," has been serviced to Adult Contemporary radio.
