UMPG Artists Feature On BBC Music's Sound Of 2015 Longlist
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Five UMPG signed artists feature on BBC Music's prestigious Sound Of 2015 longlist, revealed today through the BBC website.

Female solo artists Rae Morris, Shura, Soak and Låpsley are joined by dance-pop practitioners Years & Years in a bid to secure the converted winning spot.

139 music industry experts make up this year's judging panel, including journalists, DJs and bloggers. Past winners include Adele, Keane and Haim, all of which have gone on to achieve huge success in their careers.

Speaking about the longlist BBC Radio 1 DJ Huw Stephens said "It's always an exciting time of year to take stock and look at what might be making us dance, cry and jump for joy into the year ahead. I'm excited because there are a lot of artists I and my fellow DJs have supported on the list, and it's another great chance to share the music we love with an even bigger audience."

Huw Stephens will announce the top five acts, counting down to the winner, live on BBC's Radio 1 breakfast show each morning from 5th January.
