Having worked this year with some of the best musicians in Cincinnati, including fellow nominees Paperback and djdq (who performed onstage with Abiyah at this year's MidPoint Music Festival), as well as Coltrane Motion's Michael Bond, Clabbergirl, Mark Brasington, and many others, Abiyah has been able to showcase the diversity of her own music as well as that of the Cincinnati music scene.

This past year included performances at the Vans Warped Tour, the Cincinnati Fringe Festival, MidPoint Music Festival, Chicks Rockfest, and the Taste of Cincinnati, as well as an appearance on the internationally-distributed "Seventeen Year Itch" CD produced by the Greater Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce/MidPoint Music Festival.
