NEW YORK (DefJam Records) - LL Cool J has canceled the remaining 12 dates on his tour to promote his latest album, "The DEFinition."

A statement released yesterday by the rapper said he was diagnosed with an abdominal ailment and is currently under a doctor's care.
The doctor has advised rest and medication for LL. No further details regarding the illness were disclosed.

LL said in the statement, "I am extremely disappointed to have to cancel the rest of this fun and successful tour. I apologize for disappointing my fans who have already bought tickets."
