Jerad Finck, whose breakthrough track "Runaway
" was the #1 independent song in the U.S. throughout much of 2011, has signed an exclusive management deal with Milk & Honey, which represents some of the most successful songwriters, producers and artists in the world.

Hodges helmed "Criminal," the infectious power-pop ballad set, to be the new album's lead single.
Throughout most of 2011 "Runaway
" was the #1 independent song in the country, peaking at #3 on the Adult Contemporary Chart, #42 in Hot AC and #25 on the Hot AC Indicator Chart. The song was used by the NBA and NHL for each league's finals, in addition to leading the Gibson Guitar endorsee to sign with Rock Ridge and ADA/Warner Music
for further distribution.
