McBride raises big bucks

(Launch) - The Martina McBride-hosted YWCA Celebrity auction held the week before last was a huge success, raising more than $54,000 to support the Nashville organization and its many family-oriented causes. Acting as host for the seventh year in the row, McBride's own items garnered some big money - the handwritten lyrics to her single "There You Are," framed with a color photo, alone raised $3,350. Meanwhile, McBride released her brand-new single, "When God Fearin' Women Get The Blues," on Monday. The song is one of the four new songs McBride recorded for her upcoming greatest-hits album, which will be in stores in the fall.
