Angels Look For Talented Rebels In The Greater New York Area

New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Angels Like Rebels, a revolutionary record label that engages fans in funding and promotion of new music, is hosting an open call audition in New York on May 16, 2015.

Audition will take place from 12pm (noon) until 5pm at Simple Studios NYC at 134 West 29th Street New York, NY 10001.

Selection committee is chaired by Gordon "Commissioner Gordon" Williams, an award-winning producer known for his work with Lauryn Hill, Carlos Santana, Damian Marley, and Amy Winehouse.

"The music industry is looking for a new business model," said Gordon Williams. "I am glad to support Angels Like Rebels in their efforts to build a new type of record label that invests in artist development, compensates artists fairly, and gives emerging artists a better chance to launch their careers."
