LOS ANGELES (Top40 Charts) - The band "TV on the Radio" won the 4th Annual Shortlist Music Prize on November 15 at the Avalon Theater in Los Angeles.

This year's Shortlist Concert included performances from Shortlist Finalists Dizzee Rascal, Nellie McKay and TV on the Radio, with a suprise special guest performance by the Eagles of Death Metal.

The Shortlist Prize recognises artists who have sold less than 500,000 copies of their album at the time of nomination, and is open to artists from any country.
Last year the Shortlist was won by Damien Rice for his album O. He has gone on to enjoy international success.
The concert aired live on Channel 43 (XMU) of XM Satellite Radio.
MTV2 will broadcast a half hour special featuring highlights of the concert on Saturday November 20th at 9pm Eastern.
