"After a long break, we were happy to get back in the studio and are looking forward to sharing our latest," said all three ALABAMA members Jeff Cook, Teddy Gentry and Randy Owen. "We know our fans enjoy eating at Cracker Barrel just as much as we do, so we are happy to have Southern Drawl:
Deluxe Edition available exclusively there so fans can find our music in one of their favorite locations."
"
Southern Drawl" represents the best of what fans expect from ALABAMA - a wonderful blend of the band's signature harmonies, rocking guitars, heartfelt lyrics and a dose of levity for good measure.
"Alabama's music is timeless, and a perfect fit for Cracker Barrel," said Cracker Barrel Marketing Manager
Julie Craig. "The album is fresh and current, while maintaining the iconic
Alabama sound fans have come to know and love. Cracker Barrel is honored to offer this special album, including two exclusive bonus tracks, to our guests."
The two songs exclusive to the deluxe edition of the album include "Backwoods Boogie" and "That's How We Do It."
Other stand-outs on the album include the lead single "Wasn't Through Lovin' You Yet," the rowdy, in-your-face "Hillbilly Wins The Lotto Money," the gorgeous "Come Find Me," featuring vocals by Alison Krauss, the soon-to-be anthem "American Farmer," the title track "Southern Drawl," and the heart-warming, tear-inducing "I Wanna Be There."
Alabama has sold more than 75 million albums and singles, achieved 43 No. 1 songs, received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame and was inducted into the Country
Music Hall of Fame. The group has received two GRAMMY Awards for Best Country Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocal (1982-1983); 20 American
