NEW YORK (Viacom, Inc/ www.viacom.com) - Viacom Inc. today announced that MTV Networks Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Judy McGrath and MTV Networks Group President Van Toffler will participate in a question and answer luncheon session at the 6th Annual Credit Suisse First Boston Media and Telecom Week Conference on December 6, 2004. The luncheon will begin at 12:00 p.m. EST, and an audio webcast of the discussion will begin shortly thereafter.
