 LAS VEGAS (Top40 Charts) - American R&B superstar Usher dominated the Billboard magazine music awards in Las Vegas on Wednesday, taking 11 prizes - including artist of the year. It was also a good night for another R&B artist, Alicia Keys, who took seven gongs, while triple Grammy winners OutKast were named group of the year. Soul legend Stevie Wonder received a lifetime achievement award. Following is the winners list of the 2004 Billboard Music Awards were held at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas (hosted by American Idol TV show presenter Ryan Seacrest).
