Desmond Child reaches career milestone with 60th Top40 Hit

LOS ANGELES (Desmond Child PR team) - The brand new Joss Stone single "Right To Be Wrong" entered the UK Charts at No 29 this week, making it the 60th hit song written or co-written by songwriter/producer Desmond Child. Child's feat is nearly unparalleled in contemporary music.

The contemporary equivalent of the skillful songsmiths who operated out of the Brill Building and points west in the 1950s and '60s, Child has applied his talents to a wide-ranging list of artists – he's worked with everyone from Cher to Bon Jovi, from KISS to Kelly Clarkson, from Aerosmith to Ricky Martin.

On December 13th, Child will be at the Cinegrill in Hollywood, California as part of their monthly songwriter's series, performing songs from his catalog hits, Desmond will also be interviewed in front of the audience, sharing his experiences as an artist, songwriter and producer.
