New York, NY (Top40 Charts) The Osher Marin JCC's final Summer Saturday Night outdoor concerts celebrates the close of the season with La Misa Negra. Continuing to leave the Bay Area wanting more, and fresh off of BottleRock, this 8-piece Oakland band plays a unique blend of 1950's & 60's style cumbia and high-energy, Afro-Colombian dance music. Powered by horn and accordion-driven riffs, a fierce rhythm section, and a vintage Colombian sound expect an electrifying performance that explodes with infectious dance grooves and punk rock energy. More than just a band... It's a PARTY!
The night begins with a pre-concert Latin dance lesson, on the wooden dance floor under bistro lights and Marin skies. Come ready to move.
