NEW YORK (Blue Note Records) - The World Cafe will be broadcasting the Norah Jones session on December 27th, 2004. The World Cafe with David Dye can be heard on more than 165 stations nationwide. Norah Jones returns to the studio (Radio) and talks about her last anticipated 'Feels Like Home,' (Blue Note). The collection features the singer-songwriter-pianist once again teaming with Mardin, engineer Jay Newland and her close-knit touring band. Jones has penned several songs-by herself and with songwriting partner Lee Alexander-gathered other songs from her band mates and friends, and delivers three covers: Townes Van Zandt's "Be Here To Love Me," Tom Waits and Kathleen Brennan's "The Long Way Home" and Duke Ellington's "Melancholia," which she wrote lyrics to and retitled "Don't Miss You At All."
