NEW YORK (AP) - Ozzy Osbourne, Rob Zombie, Mudvayne, and possibly Soil will hit the road this fall for the Night of Merry Mayhem (formerly Black Christmas) tour.

The traveling metal fest will kickstart on Halloween night in Tucson, Ariz., and hit 33 cities throughout the U.S. through a New year's Eve gig on Phoenix.

Osbourne- on his first solo outing in seven years - will be touring in support of his upcoming Epic Record's release, Down to Earth, due Oct. 13. Zombie's latest, The Sinister Urge, hits stores Nov. 13 on Interscope Records. Mudvayne is continuing to push its latest Epic release, L.D. 50, as well as a new upcoming DVD, Live in Peoria (due in December), and re-released EP, The Beginning of All Things To End (formerly known as Kill I Oughta) (due Nov. 20).
