Moustache label boss has released prolifically over the past few years on his own label as well as Depperfect, Neurotraxx Recordings and 1605, with his skills behind the turntables only cementing a growing reputation as one of the most respected names to emerge from South America.
His latest release comes in the form of the �Horny EP�, a four-track Deep, Tech House offering from impressive Greek label, The Bedroom Records, tracks of which again have been getting dropped recently to devastating effect by some of the biggest names on the scene.
The EP consists of an original mix and a �Re-Smash� of �Horny� from Mr Jefferson as well as an OG and remix of �Street� by Locarini. Old stool vibes are aplenty on this release, kicking off with �Horny� with its simple but effective vocal harking back to early 90�s rave classics, while the groove and acid line on Mr Jefferson�s remix takes you deeper into dance floor heaven. The retro sensations continue on aptly-named �Street� with the Hip House style given a welcome update, anchored by a warm and upbeat tech rhythm before Locarini strips it all back for his minimalistic interpretation. A very mature and accomplished EP packed full of gems, all of which DJs will be tempted to, and forgiven for wanting to play in one set.
The Bedroom Records evolved from a series of parties and radio shows thrown by artistic collective, The Bedroom, based in Greece and has steadily been catching the eyes, and ears, of those in the know far beyond their native shores.
