Verse Metric Stream Their Wonderful New Record, It's Beautiful

New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Verse Metrics are a stunning alternative rock band from Glasgow/Edinburgh with wonderful hints of post-rock, math-rock and emo. Leaning closer to the twinklier side of things with strong emphasis on dynamics, Verse Metrics have created their most artistic and complete sounding body of work to date. We'll Be Listening and Remembering Until We're Old and Unsteady is set for release on December 2nd through Lonely Voyage Records.
We'll Be Listening etc. is the kind of record that feels like it has so much room to breathe between different instruments, it's an engaging record that takes shape in various forms and subgenres. Recorded and mixed by Jamie Savage (Found, The Twilight Sad, Malcolm Middleton) at Chem 19 Studios in Hamilton. The record has a distinctly unique feel to it whilst remaining in a very comforting sound. Whether it's the warm, Scottish accent of Bob's vocals throughout or the beautifully crafted guitar tones - We'll Be Listening is a record that is a truly stunning piece of art.
