NEW YORK (AP) - Jay-Z's The Blueprint remained locked in the No. 1 spot on The Billboard 200 for the third week in a row in what turned out to be a rather slow week in record stores. The only top 10 debut this week belonged to Totally Hits 2001 , featuring Usher, Sugar Ray, and P. Diddy, which debuted at No. 3. The only other top 40 debuts include Steven Curtis Chapman's Declaration at No. 14 and Tenacious D at No. 33. Other notable debuts include Ryan Adams' Gold at No. 59; Chely Wright's Never Love You Enough at No. 62; Days Of The New at No. 91; the soundtrack to Zoolander, featuring Powerman 5000, No Doubt, BT, and Frankie Goes to Hollywood, at No. 109; Guru's Baldhead Slick and the Click at No. 122; Spiritualized's Let It Come Down at No. 133; Jay Farrar's Sebastopol at No. 137; Queensryche's Live Evolution at No. 143; and Modest Mouse's Everywhere & His Nasty Parlor at No. 147, among others.
