New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Brighton trio TIGERCUB are extremely proud to release their new EP Evolve or Die today on Alcopop! Records and are streaming it in full with Kerrang! Magazine.
Commenting on the release, the band stated: "No one said this was gonna be easy - old habits die hard and it's something Tigercub live and die by. Evolve or Die is our mission statement, a roll of the dice in good faith. We went into the studio with an open mind and a will to experiment. We pushed ourselves way out of our comfort zone in an attempt the find something special that belongs to us and we couldn't be prouder of what we achieved.
"This EP is the sound of a band fraught with anxiety evolving in real time, introspectively dissecting what Tigercub's sound is and redefining it as we see fit. We feel rock music is too conservative and no one is taking enough risks at the moment - we're gonna change that."
The band are also pleased to reveal a special hometown headline show announced for January 19th 2018 at Concorde 2 in Brighton supported by Our Girl, Glum, and Sick Joy, with tickets going on sale 5th October 2017.
A run of previously announced UK headline tour dates throughout October 2017 (see below for details) and their recently up-scaled January 2018 date at The Scala in London are also on sale now.
Tigercub were recently announced for BBC
Radio One Rock Show's #ROCKTOBER live session line up alongside Weezer, Rise Against, Frank Iero, The Xcerts, Counterfeit & Employed to Serve, with their session due to air on Sunday 15th October 2017.
