The day before, Staples will receive a Lifetime Achievement Award (as a member of the Staple Singers) from The Recording Academy and will perform with Kanye West, John Legend and The Blind Boys of Alabama on the 47th Grammy telecast.

Staples will also be the featured guest on "The Bob Edwards Show" on XM Satellite Radio on Friday, February 11.
