NASHVILLE, TN. (Webster PR) - Country music legend John Conlee will be on-hand to perform, and help welcome home, Citizen-Soldiers of the 854th Engineer Battalion in Orangeburg, NY on Friday, February 11. The welcome home ceremony is set to begin at 2 PM EST at the Palisades Mall (Intersection of Route 303 and New York Thruway 87). Conlee will perform his new single, 'They Also Serve', a tribute to the family and friends of the troops that are serving overseas. Proud to be a part of such a homecoming, Conlee states, 'As a former member of America's reserve forces, I'm honored to help welcome home some of those who have served this nation so well." The Citizen-Soldiers of the returning Army Reserve unit worked as combat engineers with service support elements in Kuwait and Iraq, providing manpower for all aspects of engineering, administration of construction projects, and area support engineering responsibilities. They return home after 13 months of duty as part of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Conlee will also join Sean Hannity in the studio in NYC Friday for Hannity's radio show - 'Tuned In To America.' The latest in-studio album from John Conlee is Turn Your Eyes Upon Jesus, featuring 'They Also Serve', available in stores nationwide. The accompanying music video to 'They Also Serve' was added to the Armed Forces Network this past Monday. For additional information on Conlee, visit www.johnconlee.com.
