The announcement caps a busy stretch for The Voidz - the band's new album VIRTUE (out now on Cult/RCA) received career-best reviews from Rolling Stone ("infectious"), Stereogum ("f*cking fearless....it holds back nothing"), and Vulture, who call it "inarguably [Julian Casablancas'] best album since....pick your favorite early
Strokes album."
The new music also earned them sold out residencies in Philly and NYC this month, with Voidz fans coming out in full force for the first leg of their tour. After a scorching set at Elsewhere in Brooklyn last week (complete with a double encore), The Voidz will close out the final half of their residency at Brooklyn's Elsewhere starting this week, with their final Philly performance on Monday (6/25).
