Ryan Culwell's New Album 'The Last American' Out Now Via Missing Piece Records, Touring This Fall
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Last Friday, Ryan Culwell released his new album The Last American via Missing Piece Records. In celebration of the new release, Culwell will showcase at AmericanaFest 2018 in Nashville, TN and will support Will Hoge and Patrick Sweany on tour this fall. Find a full list of tour dates below.

Rolling Stone just named Culwell's single "Can You Hear Me" a "Song You Need To Hear." In their review of the album, editor Joseph Hudak said, "It took three years for this Texas-born singer-songwriter to follow up his bleak but marvelous LP Flatlands - and this 180 from that 2015 release's spare sound was worth the wait."

Wide Open Country called the album a "poignant masterpiece" and The Associated Press said, "Culwell's talent is obvious throughout, and the timing feels right for a canon of intelligent, rough-edged songs about the frustration, the yearning, the turmoil and the stress of living at this complicated moment in America."

Recently, Culwell spoke with NPR's Weekend Edition about his new album, raising four daughters, and working odd jobs to make ends meet.
