New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Award-winning, acclaimed vocalist, recording star and songwriter Todd Murray celebrates the holiday season with his highly-anticipated, first-ever holiday single and music video: I'm Getting Into The Swing of Christmas. Destined to be the break-out hit of the holiday season, the recording is already being praised as a new holiday classic.

Composed by the multi-talented Murray, who Rex Reed called "an exceptional new singer," the infectious, catchy song harkens back to the timeless classics recorded by the famous crooners before him: Frank Sinatra, Bing Crosby and Andy Williams. Nothing will bring you more holiday cheer than hearing this soon-to-be holiday standard from one of today's premier interpreters of the American songbook and who Backstage Magazine hails as "a silky crooner from the dreamy school of emoting."

The recording is produced by Jon Levine (producer for Avril Lavigne, Nelly Furtado and the double-platinum single The Fight Song), arranged by ASCAP and Emmy Award- winning composer Dennis McCarthy (Star Trek: The Next Generation and Deep Space Nine) and engineered by twenty-two time Grammy Award-winner Al Schmitt (Toto IV, Steely Dan's Aja and Streisand's The Way We Were).

Todd has also simultaneously released his very first music video of the song. Filled with Christmas décor and even choreography, this merry, jolly, high-spirited video, is festive enough to even get Scrooge in the holiday spirit. In addition to Todd, there are two other stars in this video. One is "Willa," who is Todd's rescue dog that he obtained through the efforts of www.petoverstock.com , #adoptdontshop. The other is "Elsie," the 1931 Ford Deluxe Roadster, a car purchased by Todd's aunt in the 50's, while living in Montandon, PA.Filmed around Los Angeles, the video was directed by Mainak Dhar and Mragendra Singh and produced by Shardul Sharma.

I'm Getting Into The Swing of Christmas is available now at Todd Murray.com, iTunes, Amazon.com, and streaming on YouTube, Spotify, Google, Pandora, Sirius XM and other digital outlets. A throwback to a bygone era when the emphasis was on the singer and their voice, this is a perfect showcase of Todd Murray's talents as a vocalist and songwriter. Again. Todd Murray proves, as Frontiers Magazine says to be "a crooner with a great set of chops and the sensibilities of his legendary predecessors."

Todd is simultaneously releasing a second, self-penned holiday song that is already big with the kid in all of us called Let's Hear it For Santa Claus.

So bring out the eggnog, invite the family and friends, get ready to decorate the tree and make Todd Murray's I'm Getting Into The Swing of Christmas and Let's Hear It For Santa Claus part of your holiday tradition.
