Yellow
Productions was conceived in 1994 after a chance meeting between jazz,
funk, Brazilian music collector DJ Yellow (aka Alain Ho) and popular
club DJ Chris The French Kiss (aka Bob Sinclar; ne Chris
LeFriant)then the resident DJ at the famous Parisian club, "La
Palace." Yellow's roster reflects Chris and DJ Yellow's enlightened
sounda fusion of love of hip hop, acid jazz, bosa nova samba,
Afro-beat and house, however the label is best known as the home of the
wildly popular French House sound.
