Rafa Garcia's 'Terrorists Anonymous' To Premiere At The Hollywood Comedy Shorts Film Festival
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Rafa Garcia has a natural talent for dark comedy, and that's why we believe his next project with us is a perfect match for him to direct.
'Terrorists Anonymous', a dark comedy short film about a support group of terrorists in search of redemption, has been selected for the Hollywood Comedy Shorts Film Festival. The short written, edited and directed by talented filmmaker Rafa Garcia with a magnificent ensemble cast will close this year's edition. 'Terrorists Anonymous' will screen at the TCL Chinese Theatres on April 21st with the awards ceremony to follow. Director and additional key cast are due to attend the premiere.

Garcia's prior short 'Behind the Scenes' had an immense successful run. 'Behind the Scenes' is a completely different piece, a very intimate drama about mental illness starring Goya award winner Susi Sánchez and Beatriz Gutiérrez which was also written, edited and directed by Rafa Garcia. The film went on to win ten prizes and was selected at numerous renowned film festivals worldwide, including the Cannes Short Film Corner in 2015.

Acclaimed director Rafa Garcia who has been mainly dedicated to editing these past few years working on big hit streaming shows: 'Narcos' (Netflix) and 'Castle Rock' (Hulu) and lately 'The Twilight Zone' (CBS All Access), is moving on to direct again. Garcia, who is repped by Hollywood Creative & Production Management, is set to direct a dark comedy thriller feature film next year. With a title yet to be revealed, the film will be produced by FishCorb Films ('Papillon' starring Charlie Hunnam and Academy award winner Rami Malek), currently closing financing, and is scheduled to begin pre-production and casting in Los Angeles this coming September. "Rafa Garcia has a natural talent for dark comedy, and that's why we believe his next project with us is a perfect match for him to direct" explains FishCorb Films producer, Yan Fisher.
