(Sparrow Records) - For the second consecutive year, EMI CMG Publishing has been named Christian Music Publisher of the Year by the American Society of Composers, Authors, and Publishers (ASCAP). Artists whose songs fueled the honor include Jeremy Camp, David Crowder Band, Bethany Dillon, newsboys, and Switchfoot. During the 27th Annual ASCAP Christian Music Awards, Jeremy Camp was named Songwriter of the Year and received two Most Performed Songs of 2004 recognitions for 'Walk By Faith' and 'Right Here.' Other honors for Most Performed Songs of 2004 went to the performers and/or writers of hits by newsboys ('It Is You,' 'Presence'), David Crowder Band ('Open Skies'), Bethany Dillon ('All I Need'), Stacie Orrico ('More To Life'), Switchfoot ('Dare You To Move'), and Tree63 ('King').
