Mike Posner Releases New Track And Video "Look What I've Become" Ft. Ty Dolla $ign!

New York, NY (Top40 Charts) As Grammy-nominated, worldwide multi-platinum selling singer-songwriter-producer, Mike Posner ("I Took A Pill In Ibiza," "Cooler Than Me"), begins the fourth month of his walk across America, he commemorates reaching the near-midpoint of the country - from Missouri into Kansas - with the release of a new single and video via Island Records/Universal Music, "Look What I've Become" with Grammy-nominated singer/songwriter/producer Ty Dolla $ign.
"I always love linking up with my bro Mike. He's one of the dopest in the game. He sang one of the interludes on my mixtape, $ign Language, a few years back so we were overdue to cook up again. Recently he pulled up to my studio and played me his new project. When I heard this song, I knew that this was the one. I love what he's doing right now, walking across the country for a good cause & spreading a positive message. We need more of that in the world." - Ty Dolla $ign

Mike used the January video premiere of "Move On," a track from his current album, A Real Good Kid, to announce his 9-month, 3,000-mile hike from Asbury Park, New Jersey, to Venice Beach, California. In the first week alone, the video received over 10 million combined views, while fans showed their support with nearly 200,000 combined shares, comments, and personal playlist adds.

The creation and completion of A Real Good Kid encompassed an extraordinary two year-plus period for Mike as he moved back into the house outside Detroit where he grew up, in order to stay with his terminally ill father during his final months. The album, which tells his story, deals heavily with love, loss and eventually acceptance. A number of tracks - "Stuck In the Middle," "How It's Supposed To Be," "Move On," and "One More Song" - found Mike coming to terms with the circumstances that real life sent his way. He emerged as a musician and storyteller, finding in his melodies and lyrics that beginnings always do hide themselves in ends.

Since 2009, multi-platinum pop singer and songwriter Mike Posner has quietly become one of the world's most inescapable and recognizable voices. 2010 yielded the double-platinum "Cooler Than Me" and platinum-certified "Please Don't Go" and "Bow Chicka Wow Wow." Within the last decade, Los Angeles-bred singer/songwriter/multi-instrumentalist, Ty Dolla $ign has become one of music's most influential and in-demand writers, producers, and featured artists. B.o.B." With two multi-platinum studio albums under his belt, Ty undoubtedly took over Summer 2018. In addition to receiving his first Billboard Hot 100 #1 with Post Malone's "Psycho," the Grammy-nominated phenom's talents were featured on albums by everyone from Beyoncé and Jay-Z's Everything Is Love ("Boss,") Drake's SCORPION ("Jaded" and "After Dark"), Kanye West and Kid Cudi's Kids See Ghosts (Freee Ghost Town Pt. 2",) Mariah Carey ("The Distance",) Christina Aguilera ("Accelerate",) Teyana Taylor ("3way") and Kanye West's ye, where Ty can be heard on 3 out of 7 songs ("All Mine," "Wouldn't Leave," "Violent Crimes".)
