KEY WEST, FL. (Southernmost Records) - Howard Livingston and Mile Marker 24 have just released their debut CD Livin', on Key West Time on Southernmost Records. This newly released CD is enjoying an exponential rise in popularity. The songs were all written by Howard and speak volumes about his passion for the Florida Keys and island life. Howard's lyrics express a passion for the sun-filled, laid back lifestyle that most northerners envision as they count their days until vacation time or retirement. The CD is an ode to those tourists who during their first visit to the Keys call home and have their belongings shipped down to Key West.

Technically, Howard did everything possible to ensure that his vision for the CD would be realized. The CD was recorded in Nashville with the help of seriously notable musicians and prepared for distribution by experts from the music industry.

Reviews of this project have been very positive.

Howard's songs make you ask yourself "What am I doing here? I should be in the islands doing what he's doing!!" Danny White, President Sixteen Ton Studios

Howard's awakening to the correlation between lifestyle and life expectancy are related through the lyrics of "Livin' on Key West Time" as well as the tribute to his father in "Lucky One."

Howard's refusal to take a middle ground results in a unique style that ushers in a trip to the islands, be it on a jet plane or an evening snuggled up on the couch with "Livin' on Key West Time" playing in the background.

For a sample of Howard's signature style log onto www.milemarker24.com, or plan to see Mile Marker 24 in June at the James Dean Festival in Marion, Indiana, and Key West at ChickenFest 2005.
The schedule is listed on the website. Remember, keep "Livin' on Key West Time."
