NEW YORK (Top 40 Charts) - Creed's latest effort,
Weathered, continues to fly off of shelves - the album scanned another 458,033 units this week to remain locked in the No. 1 position on The Billboard 200.
The top 10 remained fairly stagnant elsewhere, although the Now! series finds itself saddled in for the holidays at No. 2 (Now That's What I Call Music! 8) and No. 3 (Now That's What I Call Christmas!), respectively. Last week's high debut, Ludacris' Word of Mouf, drops from No. 3 to No. 8.
From there, it was all the way down to No. 17 to find significant action, where America: A Tribute to Heroes, featuring Bruce Springsteen, Alicia Keys, Dave Matthews Band, Dixie Chicks, and Limp Bizkit with Goo Goo Doll Johnny Rzeznick, among others, debuts. The two-disc set was recorded live at the Tribute to Heroes, in the wake of the attacks of Sept. 11.
Other notable debuts include Limp Bizkit's remix album New Old Songs (No. 26), Outkast's Big Boi and Dre Present Outkast (No. 31), Nate Dogg's Music & Me (No. 32), Fat Joe's Jealous Ones Still Envy (No. 37), Yolanda Adams' Believe (No. 43), Mack 10's Bang or Ball (No. 48), Mariah Carey's Greatest Hits (No. 52), Ice Cube's Greatest Hits (No. 54), Cypress Hill's Stoned Raiders (No. 64), Neil Diamond's Essential Neil Diamond (No. 90), and De La Soul's AOI: Bionox (No. 136).
