New York, NY (Julie Poplaski) - Poparoxi is a four-piece all-female rock band, based in NYC. The sound is versatile yet distinctive. The ladies blend evocative melodies, powerful harmonies, dynamic bass-lines and explosive beats into a seamless tapestry of sound. Running the gamut from upbeat surf-riffs to hard-driving, emotionally charged anthems, Poparoxi offers up a unique and compelling brand of modern rock.

The Assault- SPIN Magazine and the Village Voice have praised this trio's simultaneous rupture of, and polyphony within, the colossal Brooklyn rock scene, on account of their glammy, rollicking stage shows. Their reputation for passionate, thrilling and intense rock and roll nights precedes them. The Assault have dyed their collective hair with the strawberry blonde of folk, the auburn of 70s southern rock, white hot metal, platinum and gold classic rock, the silver of psych and the blackest-black of dirty garage, and have in turn forever stained the hearts and souls of the packed houses that have witnessed them bring it time and time again.

The Din – Since beginning as a one-off songwriting collaboration between a music conservatory dropout and a metal head, The Din have evolved into the seething rock quartet they are today. With a unique take on rock n roll revival and a positively warped perception of the New York City music scene. The Din have collectively taken it upon themselves to carry the rock n roll torch in the dark night of new wave fog. They crafty juxtapose lush and melodic pop themes with flippantly brash lyric lines that teeter between heart-on-sleeve rock poetry and a nasty tongue-lashing.
