SYDNEY, Australia (SONY BMG Australia) - Five-time Oscar winner John Williams has added another award to his stable - a Golden Globe for Best Original Score for 'Memoirs Of A Geisha'. The stunning soundtrack, featuring internationally renowned artists Yo-Yo Ma and Itzhak Perlman, has delivered John his fourth Globe win.
John Williams received his first three Best Original Score Globes for ET, Jaws and Star Wars. 'Memoirs Of A Geisha' delivered his fourth by overcoming the scores for King Kong, Brokeback Mountain, The Chronicles Of Narnia and Syriana.

The film, adapted from Arthur Golden's best-selling novel, is a sweeping romantic epic produced by Steven Spielberg and directed by Oscar nominee Rob Marshall.
'Memoirs Of A Geisha' is released in Australia on January 19, and is poised to be one of the year's biggest film releases.
