Sydney, AU (Sony BMG Music Entertainment) - John Legend is going to be one busy guy in the coming weeks. Not only is he set to perform at the Grammy Awards, where he is nominated for a massive eight awards, but he's also up for two Brit Awards, has a stint on Oprah's couch lined up, and will be releasing a Special Edition of his brilliant debut album 'Get Lifted'...

With an astonishing eight Grammy Award nominations, including Best New Artist and Best R&B Album, John Legend is tied with Kanye West and Mariah Carey for the most nominations of any artist this year. All three will be performing at the ceremony, which takes place on February 8 in Los Angeles - a week before the Brit Awards, which see John nominated for 'International Male Solo Act' and 'International Breakthrough Act'.

To coincide with his stack of nominations, John's sensational debut album 'Get Lifted' is being released in a special edition, complete with a bonus Live @ The House of Blues DVD. The album also comes with a very special exclusive track - the Cloud 9 remix of 'So High' featuring the sensational Lauryn Hill.

This is no ordinary album!
'Get Lifted - Special Edition' is released January 28
