AUSTIN, TX. (Varsity Media Group) - Varsity Media Group, Inc., a leading provider of social media and entertainment network dedicated to teens, today announced that Jay Furrow has been appointed to serve as the Company's Chairman.

Jay Furrow, who has served on the Company's board since December of 2004, is the former CEO and current board member of Innovo Group Inc., a fashion company based out of Los Angeles and a board member of Digital Lifestyles Group, Inc., a Los Angeles-based consumer electronics company.
