LOS ANGELES (EMUSICA) - EMUSICA, the company that has purchased the illustrious FANIA catalogue of Salsa music, announces that veteran Latin music producer and executive, BOBBY MARIN has joined their staff as Director of A&R and Productions.

Bobby formed the Mambo City label in 1999, and also the Latin Cool label and digital download site with David Wasserman in 2002. He has also produced for various Latin labels including United Artists, Salsa, Fania, Roulette, Orfeon, Decca, Mercury, RCA, Speed, Musicor and TR.

Emusica will be re-issuing the entire Fania catalog of over 1,000 CD's in deluxe packaging, as well as hundreds of recordings from other Latin labels which have recently been acquired by Emusica's Stuart Livingston and Giora Briel.
