Starky hit the road

Sydney, AU (Universal Music Australia) - Sydney band Starky are getting out of their comfort zone and hitting the road. The band, recently signed to Island UK,(U2, PJ Harvey) are taking their music to their fans, and showcasing tracks from their forthcoming self titled album.

The band's EP, also self titled, has been gaining momentum at Australian radio, and this week saw the lead single Is this How It Ends as the No 6 most added track across the country.

Starky's self-titled EP, produced by Dave Eringa, shatters the tired mould of Australian pop-rock, to deliver three vigorous guitar-driven tunes. Lead by the powerfully reverberant vocals of Beau Cassidy; their live shows are not to be missed!

The Starky boys are: Beau Cassidy lead vox, Nick Neal bass, Saul Foster drums, Johnny Wilson guitar and Peter Farley on keys.
