(Rap Fest 2006 official site) - On August 12, 2006, from 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM, Rap Fest hosts their 12th annual Rap Fest. This event features 26 Rap Ministries (groups) from various cities and states.

There will be a host of Dee Jays, Graffiti Artists and Break-dancers as well. All will be displaying, not only their talents and passion for the hip-hop origins, but their love for God and desire to worship Him with their talents and abilities.

Last year approximately 5,000 people throughout the course of the day visited Rap Fest. Due to heavy promotion and great news spreading by word of mouth, we anticipate even a higher attendance this year.

This is a free event for everyone. This year the event will be held on Marmion Avenue between 175th and 176th Street in the Bronx, NY.
