NEW YORK (Top40 Charts) - 'NSync is branching out beyond its pop brethren for the opening acts on its upcoming Celebrity Tour 2002.

Both Smash Mouth and Ginuwine are confirmed as openers on the tour, according to a source close to 'NSync. However, specific dates for each act remain to be determined at press time.

'NSync's spring tour kicks off in Portland, Ore., on March 3 and (thus far) extends into 26 additional markets. In addition to the first nine previously confirmed dates, new dates and venues have been confirmed in the following cities:

March 12, Anaheim, Calif., Arrowhead Pond
March 19, San Antonio, Texas, Alamodome
March 20, Dallas, Reunion Arena
March 27, Ames, Iowa, Hilton Coliseum
March 30, Minneapolis, Target Center
April 4-5, Rosemont, Ill., Allstate Arena
April 10, Uniondale, N.Y., Nassau Coliseum
April 13, East Rutherford, N.J., Continental Airlines Arena
April 18, Philadelphia, First Union Center
