Between the 27th of February and the 5th of March the operation led to the seizure of 100,839 pirate CDs and music DVDs with recordings of the Sanremo Music Festival and 368 CD burners. 17 individuals were arrested during the raids. One website offering illicit recordings for sale was shut down and more that 30 cease & desist letters referring to the offering of pre releases were sent out.
