2004 3rd place in Country Thunder's Young Guns Contest
2005 2nd place in the International Songwriters Competition for "This Side Of A Heartache"
2005 1st place; New Music Weekly's "Best New Country Group Of The Year Award"

2006 2nd place in the "O'Canada" Canadian Country Radio Contest for "This Side Of A Heartache"

One Mile South has been together since 2003 and hails from Nashville, Tennessee. They are made up of some the finest performers and musicians the United States has to offer. Their self titled CD "One Mile South" was released in 2005, with the third and current single "That's Livin'" currently being aired on radio.

One Mile South is currently soliciting Label and/or investment money to help take their unique sound to radio stations, domestic and abroad, as well as tour support for the promotion of their current CD.
