LOS ANGELES (By Guy McCain/ Luck Media & Marketing) - Alive Records recording artist Michael Lee Austin is having an amazing week! Over Easter weekend, his album entered FOUR Amazon.com Music Charts at No 1, including the Overall Music Chart, the Country Music Chart, Indie Music Chart, and the Indie Country Music Chart.

"It's great that country music fans online are responding to my music," said Austin.

"Labor Pains" was the best selling CD on Amazon for FOUR straight days, outselling Bruce Springsteen, Rascal Flatts, Toby Keith, and Tim McGraw, among others, on every single chart Amazon had. It's the first time in history a virtually unknown artist has topped the Amazon charts beating out every single major label in ALL genres.

Alive Records is an innovative new label which specializes in marketing its artists via the Internet and other creative marketing strategies as well as mainstream traditional channels, including radio. Radio has been extremely receptive to Austin's music.

"Labor Pains'" success on Amazon is due to an extensive Internet Marketing campaign coordinated by Alive Records VP of Marketing, Armand Morin.
