Level Vodka Joins With Essence Magazine Co-Founder Clarence Smith And His Label To Create The Level Lounge Tour

LOS ANGELES (Jones Marketing & Management) - LEVEL?, the luxury vodka, is joining forces with groundbreaker and Essence magazine co-founder Clarence Smith and Smith's new label YOU Global Entertainment, LLC to create a love tour called The LEVEL? Lounge Tour presents Love Pages. This national tour, which features some of the top classic R&B/jazz stars like Roy Ayers, George Benson, Peabo Bryson, Glenn Jones, Jon Lucien, Bobby Lyle, Maysa of Incognito, and Vesta Williams is reaching into an audience often forgotten by the mass media and Madison Avenue alike, the discerning adult consumer. LEVEL? is helping to set the mood with LEVEL? Lounges in cities across the U.S.

The LEVEL?Lounge Tour presents Love Pages will touch down in five markets around the country, including Detroit, MI. (May 4); Philadelphia, PA. (June 2); New York City (June 29), Chicago, IL. (July 28) and will close with a grand finale concert in New York City on August 25. The tour will promote the alliance between LEVEL? Vodka and YOU Global Entertainment's Love Pages CD, with the aim of putting the soul back in the soul generation. Love Pages features the artists mentioned above, as well as Boney James and Pucho and The Latin Soul Brothers, Christopher Williams, and boasts a killer 'back up' band called the Café Soul All-Stars. This band, created by Smith and his longtime friend, musician and producer Duke Jones and Norman Connors, includes Bobby Lyle on keyboards, Kaspar Galli on guitar, Steve Williams on drums, Rene McLean on sax and Alex Blade on bass. Jones rounds it out on trumpet. The Café Soul All-Stars have worked with such artists as Jimi Hendrix, Lionel Hampton, Dizzy Gillespie Big Band, Stevie Wonder, Herbie Hancock, Anita Baker and many, many others. They will be performing with the featured artists at each national tour stop.

The LEVEL? Lounge Tour presents Love Pages will feature a 3 week lead up to the concert, whereby on certain nights the venue in each city will host a LEVEL? Lounge tasting event. Patrons will have the opportunity to win special prizes at current and upcoming LEVEL? Lounge Tour events, including VIP seating. The media partner for the tour is the nationally syndicated Steve Harvey Morning Show, and each city's concert will be promoted on that affiliated radio station, as well as each concert will be hosted by Steve Harvey Morning Show co-hosts Jacque Reid and Nephew Tommy.
