London, UK (PINK FLOYD GUITAR) -
Roger Waters the genius creator of
Pink Floyd is back again on the touring scene summer of 2006 starting in May. The
Pink Floyd co-founder will tour Europe, the USA and Canada. He will perform
Pink Floyd music including some of his own material.
This will be the first time Roger has toured since the In Flesh Tour during 2001-02 that ended up being so successful. This concert will no doubt be even better.
Ok, what exactly will Roger Waters perform on this tour? Here this up....
Roger Waters will perform Pink Floyd Classics on the first part of the show...and the second of the show he will perform the whole of "The Dark Side of The Moon" in its entirety.
Nick Mason and Rick are said to join Roger Waters.
Yes that's right he will perform Dark Side of the Moon the third most successful selling album of all time. In addition to this he will perform some of his solo songs from Amused to Death and Radio Khaos.
Out of all the years he has been out of Pink Floyd this is the first time that he will do a show like this. It is right in saying that the Live 8 Pink Floyd reunion helped inspire him into doing this tour.
The tour shall start on May 20th in Berkshire, England. Roger will then tour all over Europe and then head over to the States and finish off the tour in London at Hyde Park.
The Roger Waters tour will no doubt be an amazingly fabulous experience. The shows will include lots of stage lightings similar to that of Pink Floyd and a big stage setup. Roger Waters will be doing large arenas and stadiums so it shouldn't be that difficult to get hold of tickets.
