Marc Anthony and Marc Anthony Face Off at the 2006 Alma Awards

Marc Anthony, the Latin singer, refused all interviews as he made his way directly to Marc Anthony, the celebrity hairstylist.
"I often get visitors on my website looking for me to sing," says Anthony, the hairstylist. "That's funny," laughs Anthony, the singer, "I often get people looking for me to cut hair on mine."

After congratulatory hugs and a few laughs about mistaken identity, the duo parted with some promises - one never to cut hair, and the other to never sing in public.

Anthony the singer was honored with a special tribute that celebrated achievements by Hispanic artists from music, television and film, while Anthony the celebrity hairstylist was selected to be backstage to help the stars shine their brightest.

After the two superstars shared laughs, the singer departed with some namesake products from the Marc Anthony True Professional collection for him and his wife, Jennifer Lopez.

After styling some of the honorees and winners to ensure every hair was in place, Marc had the opportunity to share his collection with other celebrities. Jessica Alba, Judy Reyes and Andy Garcia were among those who went home with his signature product, Moisture Gloss, so they could stay polished when he wasn't on hand to touch them up.
