'Lightning McQueen's Fast Tracks' Available June 6, 2006

BURBANK, Calif. (By Maria Kleinman/ Walt Disney Records)- On June 6, 2006, Walt Disney Records introduces Disney/Pixar's "Lightning McQueen's Fast Tracks," an all-new album inspired by the highly anticipated film, "Cars."

"Lightning McQueen's Fast Tracks" collection is packed with both familiar favorites plus 5 new original songs including "Road Trip," "My Wonderful Car," "Rocking Little Roadster," "Hot Rod Hybrid," and "Pick Up Truck." Characters "Lightning McQueen" and "Mater" from "Cars" join the fun to narrate the entire disc. The CD also includes lyrics so everyone can join in the fun and sing along on any family road trip.

The disc's Grammy-nominated producer, Fred Mollin, has produced several other Disney albums, including "The Lullaby Album," which was ranked the second best-selling children's album in 2001 by Billboard magazine, and "O Mickey, Where Art Thou?," a project Mollin produced and conceptualized. Other credits include producing songs for "Lilo & Stitch" and "Finding Nemo's Ocean Favorites."
