 MIDDLETOWN, NJ (Top40 Charts) - Former Skid Row singer Sebastian Bach was arrested and charged with making terrorist threats and drug possession after an altercation with a bartender in Middletown, N.J., on Wednesday (March 13), according to the Associated Press. Bach - real name Sebastian Bierk -- allegedly became irate when he was not allowed to exit the Lincroft Inn (to have a cigarette outside) with his drink. The singer and former Broadway star allegedly threatened to return to the bar and shoot the bartender. Police were called to the scene, where he was also allegedly found in possession of marijuana and rolling papers. Bach was arrested and taken to the Monmouth County Correctional Facility, where his verbally abusive behavior allegedly continued. Police report that when the singer was asked if he understood why he had been arrested, he replied, "Yeah, because I smoked a lot of weed." Bach was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct. Bach was released Thursday (March 14) on $10,000 bail. A court date had not yet been set at press time.
